I've heard this grant is not easy to obtain but it you manage to, you are a lucky one!

I don't really understand why do we need to dedicate much time to reading in high school? I see when it is needed as far as ESL is concerned but not with the first language.
Phd thesis help has produced a number of papers on the importance of teaching reading in primary school.
